Who am I?

I’m a woman who walked the path the world handed her—and then chose her own.

I’m a physician, certified coach, and soul-searcher. For years, I chased enoughness. Despite the degrees and the titles, I felt like an imposter—like I had to prove my worth to belong.  Until my soul whispered, What if you already do?

Now, I live at the intersection of science and self. I guide others in the art of living—with power, presence, and truth.

I am the trailblazer of my life. And if you’re here, maybe you are too.

This is my devotion. My rebellion. My invitation.

Having worked as an ICU bedside nurse for 10 years, I’ve experienced many highs and lows, and recently the challenges have begun to weigh heavily on me. While attending the PCICS conference, I participated in the "Finding Your Joy" workshop with low expectations but left feeling more inspired and motivated than I have in years.

The session taught me the importance of defining my personal purpose and incorporating that into my work. I was so deeply moved by the lecture that I’m now focused on sharing the insights and skills I gained with others on my unit.

I met you last week at the Learning To Be Better Teachers workshop where we attended each other's sessions. I thoroughly enjoyed the talk you gave on well-being and perfectionism.
